Join us at 2p ET on Thursday, February 6, for a discussion on metrics and KPIs related to Outpatient Pediatric Care.

We invite SIG members to briefly share (3-4 minutes) how their organizations measure progress and success related to virtual Outpatient Pediatric Care.

  • Intro (your organization, what population you are serving virtually, what telehealth programs you offer)
  • How your organization thinks about virtual care-related key performance indicators (KPIs). What are your current measures of success/progress?
  • What has changed as a result these metrics / what is your next step
