This presentation will focus on the journey of the Virtual Nursing Program at UAB from its inception during the Covid 19 pandemic through the successes and struggles as it grew to the new direction it has taken. We will discuss the development of the Virtual Nursing program at UAB and how we went from very little buy-in to being requested by the bedside team.
