I hope your 2026 is off to a great start. I wanted to flag this proposed regulation that was recently promulgated by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services Former Division of Elderly and Adult Services in case it was of interest.
The rule, which can be viewed here, makes several changed to the Choice for Independence Program including the addition of a telehealth section. The telehealth provision can be found at the end of the PDF linked above on pages 17-19.
Comments are due on February 12, 2026 and information on submission can be found in the rulemaking notice form.
