This year’s summit is structured around hands-on strategy labs (focus groups), each led by healthcare executives, clinicians, and system builders actively delivering care.
Participants will spend two days co-developing usable frameworks, benchmarks, and implementation tools—followed by collaborative readouts to surface common themes, challenges, and actionable insights.
