Remote Monitoring SIG Meeting – March 2026

Join us at 3p ET for updates and a discussion on the CMS ACCESS program. The ACCESS (Advancing Chronic Care with Effective, Scalable Solutions) Model tests an outcome-aligned payment approach in Original Medicare to expand access to new technology-supported care options that help people improve their health and prevent and manage chronic disease. The voluntary model focuses on conditions affecting more than two-thirds of people with Medicare, including those with high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic musculoskeletal pain, and depression. It will run for 10 years beginning July 5, 2026. We invite you to bring questions to the meeting or post them to the Remote Monitoring Discussion Board .
